Aaron Rokey

Aaron M. Rokey, DVM

Aaron is a native of Kansas, where he grew up raising heifers for the family’s dairy operation. He graduated from Kansas State University as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2004 and joined the Morris Veterinary Center as an associate the same year.

Sarah

Sarah L. Granger, CVT

Sarah Granger was born and raised in Morris. She is a UMM alumnus and a 1985 graduate of the Medical Institute of Minnesota’s Veterinary Technology program. After working for several years in private practice and then the Small Animal Intensive Care Unit at University of MN College of Veterinary Medicine, Sarah returned to the Morris area to join us at the Morris Veterinary Center in 1991.

“I enjoy the diversity of our practice.” Sarah says, “There’s something new to do or learn every day. I feel fortunate to have the chance to use my skills to help our clients and their animals in so many ways, and to have the opportunity to work with such an exceptional group of veterinarians and staff.”

Sarah has a special interest in animal behavior medicine, and does most of our ultrasound work for livestock carcass traits. She has also been involved with Can Do Canines (formerly Hearing and Service Dogs of MN) for many years as a field trainer, helping to train disabled or hearing impaired clients and their service dogs.

Megan

Megan Koehntop, CVT and Groomer

Megan Koehntop grew up near a small town in western Wisconsin. Finding her love for animals on the small dairy farm that her family owned and operated, she decided to pursue a degree in Veterinary Technology at Ridgewater College in Willmar, MN. After graduation she moved to her husband’s hometown of Morris and was employed at Glacial Ridge Veterinary Clinic in Glenwood for 2 ½ years. In the fall of 2012, she joined the staff at Morris Veterinary Center as a Certified Veterinary Technician and Pet Groomer. She enjoys the mixture of pet grooming and performing technician duties. After starting her family, she started back to work part-time and loves the balance of work and being a stay-at-home mom. She enjoys staying busy grooming dog and cats. While not working, Megan loves spending time with her family, pets and life on the farm.
